ALMON, Justice.

The Western Railway of Alabama appeals a jury verdict and judgment against it for $43,000 by the appellees, Donna Still and William Stacy Still, both minors, and their father, William H. Still. We affirm.

Donna Still and William Stacy Still were passengers in a Volkswagen automobile driven by Donna Sue Shepard, age 16. The vehicle wrecked when it crossed a railroad track. The appellees filed suit...
