This is an action to contest a will in which respondents were successful before a jury in setting aside the will of Blanche Robinson, deceased, which was executed August 31, 1972. The grounds submitted to the jury for the setting aside of the will were that Blanche was not of sound and disposing mind and memory at the time she signed the will, and that she was suffering under an insane delusion as to Richard Dixon at that time.
