This is an appeal from a ruling of Bankruptcy Judge Paul G. Hyman denying certain claimed exemptions. Bankrupt, who had filed a voluntary petition, claimed, in part, that certain disability insurance benefits and certain civil service commissions should be exempt from passing to the trustee in bankruptcy by virtue of Section 70(a) of the Bankruptcy Act.
