The defendant appeals from the judgment and sentence of the trial court, adjudging her guilty on two counts of promoting a dangerous drug in violation of HRS §§ 712-1242(1) and 712-1243(1).

The only issue for this court's determination is, whether the trial court erred in denying the defendant's pre-trial motion to suppress evidence consisting of heroin and barbiturates recovered from her...
