The Petersens entered into a contract with Hubschman Construction Co., Inc. [hereafter "Hubschman"] for the construction and purchase of a new home. The contract also provided that the Petersens were to receive a credit (on the contract price of $71,400) for plumbing and other work which was to be done by Mr. Petersen, who was a heating and plumbing contractor.
