STATON, Presiding Judge.

After the trial court entered a summary judgment against R. Albert Anderson, he brought this appeal. His appeal to this Court asserts that error was committed when the procedural requirements for a default judgment were not strictly observed by the trial court.

Upon an examination of the record, we conclude that the judgment entered by the trial court was a summary judgment and not a default judgment. Finding no error, we affirm.<...
