Thomas Barbour appeals from an order denying his motion to strike and set aside his sentence. Barbour pleaded guilty to a charge of distributing heroin in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2 and 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He received a split sentence of six months imprisonment and two and one-half years probation pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3651; in addition, the court imposed a special mandatory parole term pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) to run...
