This is a suit by Paul Kuhnreich and Belinda, Inc. against Mauricio Frank for specific performance of a lease agreement and for damages. Frank answered by general denial and a cross-action seeking a forfeiture and termination of the lease because of the failure of the lessee to comply with the terms of the lease.
