The novel question of law presented is whether the executive director and treasurer of a corporation who, acting as such, executes and delivers on behalf of his corporation a deed that is a fraudulent conveyance by the corporation is himself also a "party" to that conveyance, upon whom 17 M.R.S.A. § 1613 ...
