NEBEKER, Associate Judge:

This is an appeal from an order denying a motion (pursuant to D.C.Code 1973, § 23-110) for vacation of sentence and for resentencing in order to start anew the ten-day period within which a notice of appeal may be timely filed. Finding no error in the denial of the motion, we affirm.
