This is a commercial law case. Don's Marine brought suit against Jerry Haldeman to collect $25,000.00 allegedly constituting the sum still due and owing on a 30 foot Sea Ray boat purchased by defendant Haldeman. Don's Marine also sought to recover some $5,439.18 for additional items added to the boat after the alleged purchase by Haldeman.
