PRENTICE, Justice.

Defendant (Appellant) was charged by indictment with two counts of first degree murder, Ind. Code (Burns 1975) 35-13-4-1. After trial to the jury the defendant was found guilty of both counts as charged, and was sentenced to life imprisonment.

This appeal presents the following issues:

(1) Whether the defendant was denied his constitutional right to confront witnesses against him.
