". . . that the defendant [husband] shall cooperate in the conversion of health insurance coverage for the plaintiff [wife]; . . ."

At the time of the divorce, the wife (hereinafter plaintiff), was insured by a group insurance policy held by the husband (hereinafter defendant). Divorce terminated the plaintiff's coverage under the policy...
