Edward Lee Arnold filed suit on August 23, 1976, against Nancy Rai Cox Arnold for a divorce, or alternatively, a separation, custody of children, and a dissolution of the community of acquets and gains. Mrs. Arnold reconvened for similar relief and for attorney's fees. By supplemental pleadings, Arnold alleged that the community had previously been dissolved by a default judgment of separation granted him on March 20, 1963. Although he and his wife reconciled...
