RECHENMACHER, Presiding Justice.

The defendant, following a jury trial, was convicted of armed robbery and was sentenced to serve not less than 4 nor more than 20 years in the penitentiary. At the time of his conviction the defendant was seventeen years old and had no previous record of conviction. Only one issue is raised in this appeal—whether or not the sentence of not less than 4 nor more than 20 years in the penitentiary is excessive.
