This is an appeal from the district court's denial of defendant's motion to set aside a default judgment entered in Missoula County.

Plaintiff is Michael Purington, a professional musician with the Lost Highway Band, who purchased a sound system for $1,350 from defendant Sound West, a corporation, in the summer of 1975.
