OPINION

BROWN, Commissioner.

This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

Upon a plea of guilty to the trial court, appellant was convicted of forgery. Punishment was assessed at ten (10) years in the Texas Department of Corrections. Imposition of sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on probation on August 19, 1975.
