This is a direct appeal by appellant Walter Cylkouski from his conviction of a crime in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. He and some sixteen others were charged in a seven count indictment with a miscellany of offenses involving gambling. The appellant was named only in counts one, two and seven of the indictment.
