This is a consolidated appeal by Cleora Olive King and Milton Lewis, who were convicted in a joint trial with Cleora's sister, Edgrean King, on various narcotic charges contained in a single indictment.1

Each appellant asserts separate grounds for reversal of the respective convictions. Lewis contends that (1) Counts I and II were prejudicially misjoined and the District Court erred in not granting him severance...
