JONES, Justice:

This is a petition pursuant to section 41 of the Environmental Act (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1973, ch. 111½, par. 1041) for review of orders of the Pollution Control Board entered in their cause number PCB 75-381 on January 8, 1976 and February 19, 1976. The cause is concerned with the extension of a variance order previously granted by the Board but upon conditions more restrictive than those previously set. Petitioner contends the conditions are not justified...
