This is an appeal from convictions for controlled substances violations under 21 U.S.C. § 841 and 18 U.S.C. § 2, based on the contention that the District Court erred in denying a motion to suppress fruits of a search of a vessel by customs agents allegedly made pursuant to 19 U.S.C. § 1581(a).
