Wallace and Billie Alderman Wallace, brought suit against State Farm Fire and Casualty Insurance Company for payment under the terms of a homeowner's insurance policy for destruction of their house and furnishings by fire, and for penalties and attorney's fees based upon State Farm's arbitrary and capricious refusal to pay the claim after proper notice.
