Defendant appeals an order of the Ingham County Circuit Court affirming the decision of the Michigan Civil Rights Commission (CRC), which decision held that plaintiff Dixon had been wrongfully discharged from his employment with the defendant on the basis of race. The appeal is taken as of right.
