This action was brought by plaintiff Kenilworth Realty Company and/or George Dadian d/b/a Kenilworth Realty Co. (hereinafter "Kenilworth") to recover damages occasioned by the alleged breach of an exclusive real estate broker's contract by the defendant, Oliver Sandquist.
