This is a workmen's compensation case. Plaintiff-Appellant James E. Robinson brought this suit against Defendant-Appellee Charter Oak Fire Insurance Co., his employer's insurance carrier, for workmen's compensation and doctor's bills growing out of an injury suffered by him in the course of his employment on July 28, 1975. At the time and on the occasion of such injury, Plaintiff was employed by King Tire Sales, Inc. in Waco, Texas...
