GUY, District Judge.

On October 8, 1976, the plaintiff commenced this action in the Circuit Court for the County of Wayne, Michigan. Defendant thereafter removed the case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441 alleging that this court had original jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a), diversity of citizenship. The petition for removal was filed within the requisite thirty days after defendant received the complaint, 28 U.S.C. § 1446(b). However...
