Plaintiff, R.C. Tolman Construction Company, Inc., sued to recover $113,889.98 for breach of a contract to construct a culinary water system for defendant, Myton Water Association, or in the alternative, for $139,372.98 based on an implied contract for the reasonable value of plaintiff's work.
