PER CURIAM.

In this appeal, defendants Bursten and Seidel contest the sufficiency of the evidence to establish the requisite federal jurisdictional elements of the Travel Act1 and an evidentiary ruling regarding the willingness of the Government's key witness to submit to a polygraph test. We affirm.
