In this action, the lower court construed against the succession administratrix a stipulation made in earlier litigation between the administratrix and a judgment creditor. This construction of the stipulation resulted in a judgment which ordered the judgment creditor to be paid by preference and priority over the legal fees of the administratrix and her counsel.
