Defendant, Imperial Group, Ltd., appeals from a summary judgment granted plaintiff, The Lamar Corporation, in an action on a promissory note. We reverse and remand.

Plaintiff filed suit against defendant on June 17, 1976, demanding the balance on a note, interest, and attorneys' fees. Plaintiff alleged that on December 17, 1975, defendant executed a promissory note which provided it was to be paid in monthly installments on the first day...
