BEVILACQUA, Chief Justice.
The defendant, Domestic Investment and Loan Corporation, appeals from a judgment entered in Superior Court by a trial justice sitting without a jury wherein, inter alia, the defendant was permanently enjoined from proceeding with a mortgage foreclosure sale of the plaintiffs' real property.
