PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a decision of the Industrial Commission of the State of Idaho holding certain persons to be covered employees of the Idaho Bicentennial Commission for the purpose of unemployment insurance. We reverse.

The Bicentennial Commission undertook the restoration of the historic Cataldo Mission which was built by members of the Coeur d'Alene Indian tribe under the direction of Jesuit priests during the period of 1848 to 1853. It...
