Buckley with distribution of marijuana on April 25, 1976, in violation of Section 966(A) of Title 40 of the Revised Statutes. After having been found guilty by a jury on November 25, 1975 appellant was sentenced on December 10, 1975 to imprisonment for ten years at hard labor, to run consecutively with the sentence imposed...
