This is an appeal from an order of dismissal and order overruling a motion for reinstatement. The question before us is whether the trial court abused its discretion in dismissing the case for want of prosecution, and in overruling the Appellants' motion for reinstatement of the cause. We hold that under the record before us an abuse of discretion is shown, and accordingly reverse and remand the cause to the trial court for trial...
