This is a tort action in which the plaintiff seeks to recover for personal injuries caused when the defendant drove his vehicle into the rear of plaintiff's vehicle. Plaintiff, George Huettl, is the uncle of defendant, Donald Huettl. The collision occurred on June 29, 1973, on a private road owned by Earnest Sandidge, who was in plaintiff's automobile at the time.
