Appellant-defendant Marilyn Drake (Drake) appeals from her conviction in a bench trial of aggravated assault and battery for which she was sentenced to the Indiana Women's Prison for a period of not less than one year nor more than five years and was fined in the amount of $100 plus costs. Drake's sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for two years. We affirm.
