HOOD, Judge.

This is an action for damages arising out of a collision between an automobile being driven by Mrs. Anna S. Reed and a stationwagon being driven by Thomas M. Jones. Mrs. Reed and her husband, Etley Reed, died of injuries which they received in that accident. Three grandchildren of Mr. and Mrs. Reed, who were riding as passengers in their car, also were injured as a result of the collision.
