Defendant was convicted by a circuit court jury on March 8, 1976 of one count of first-degree felony murder in violation of MCLA 750.316; MSA 28.548 and one count of armed robbery in violation of MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797. Defendant appeals as of right.
