The defendant appeals from the trial court's denial of her petition for post conviction relief. The issue presented is whether the failure of either her counsel or the prosecutor to inform the trial court of the fact that the defendant had attempted suicide less than seventy-two hours prior to the hearing at which she entered her plea of guilty to the offense of murder, mandates that her conviction be vacated and a competency hearing...
