The decedent, Gaines P. Wilson, Sr., was the principal in a corporation known as the Coastal Construction Company, Inc. On June 8, 1972, the Pascagoula Bank of Pascagoula, Mississippi, made a loan to the Coastal Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $10,000 at the request of the decedent, Wilson.
