MORIAL, Judge.

Freddie M. Netter instituted this suit, individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor son Eugene Netter, against New Orleans Public Service, Inc. (NOPSI) to recover the cost of medical expenses and damages for personal injuries sustained by the boy as a result of slipping in some vomitus on a NOPSI bus. The trial judge awarded judgment in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $726.47 in special damages and $3,500.00 for pain and suffering...
