The appellant, Bobby Wayne Collins, was incarcerated in the Morgan County jail on August 26, 1976 by order of the Morgan County Court for non-payment of child support. After several days in jail, Collins filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in the Morgan County Circuit Court. A hearing was held thereon and the writ was denied.
