On March 17, 1975, this court rendered an opinion affirming the order of the District Court suppressing certain evidence. 513 F.2d 337.

On January 18, 1977, the Supreme Court reversed the decision of this court and remanded the case for further proceedings in conformity with the opinion of that Court. ___ U.S. ___, 97 S.Ct. 658, 50 L.Ed.2d 652.

Accordingly, the order of the District Court suppressing evidence...
