Danny Sharp, a sixteen-year-old boy, was convicted of two counts of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment on each count. He appeals. He asserts: that the Whitley Juvenile Court illegally transferred jurisdiction of his case to the circuit court; that he was subjected to double jeopardy in contravention of the United States Constitution; and that inadmissible evidence in the form of photographs was permitted...
