This appeal basically involves two questions:

1. Can an appeal be taken from the grant of a permanent injunction in a case before final disposition of the entire case? 2. Can a "non-competition" clause in an employment contract be enforced by an employer who at the time the contract was made had the intent to fire the employee as soon as it could find a replacement?
