This is an appeal from a jury conviction on three counts of an indictment charging violations of the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1951, 1952. Appellant is a business agent for Local 17 of the International Association of Bridge, Structural, and Ornamental Ironworkers, located in Lorain County, Ohio.
