In this appeal from the decision of the Industrial Board the claimant was found to have suffered a permanent partial impairment of twenty per cent (20%) of the man as a whole. The Board also found the employer was not liable for certain medical expenses incurred by the claimant. On appeal, Perez asserts error in the Board's failure to Find that he was permanently totally disabled and in its refusal to permit him to recover the medical expenses...
