In this venue case, Juvenal G. Rivera and wife, San Juana Rivera, sued Austin National Bank and Robert G. Mathews, d/b/a Mathews Recovery Bureau, for money damages arising out of an alleged conversion of the plaintiffs' mobile home. Suit was filed in Cameron County, Texas.
