Theodore Howard Mayes (Mayes) appeals from his federal conviction after a jury trial upon a one-count indictment charging him with armed robbery of a bank in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(d). Mayes challenges the district court's denial of three aspects of his pre-trial motion to suppress statements and physical evidence.
