Elphedge Joseph Scioneaux, Jr. (Appellant), appeals from judgment sustaining an exception of no right of action filed by Alfred J. Loup, Jr., Executor of the estate of Marie Scioneaux Baskin (Testatrix), in opposition to Appellant's petition for recognition as an alleged legatee of Testatrix.
